Community musician and creative facilitator based in Pontefract but working primarily in Knaresborough

I work in a mental health setting running wellbeing groups and 1-1 sessions based around recording, playing and writing music. As well as creative writing, walking and creative mindfulness groups as well as other collaborative projects.

I have recently relocated to Pontefract after 13 years in Leeds and am trying to build local links and explore the idea of starting some local music projects.
