Wellness is about making time for yourself, practising self-care to reach a state of wellbeing.

What happens if people move from a reactive mindset, to a preventative mindset – can we avoid burnout and overwhelm by prioritising our health (mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually)?

Do we have more to give and share if we pour into ourselves first?
Led by Aekam, they ran their evening in Baildon in September 2025…a combination of meditation, music, dance, breath work, cacao and home-made food…
