Hannah Whitlow
Burnley
Hello! I’m an artist, producer, facilitator, community leader, zine maker, poet, DJ, and events organiser who loves collaborating with others. I am motivated by conversations, ideas, and bringing them into existence. In particular, I enjoy bringing people together and celebrating everyday creativity.
Since graduating from Fine Art in Nottingham Trent I developed a wide spanning portfolio career. I grew up in Burnley, but am currently pursuing the dream of being an artist in Berlin. I am now taking the past 10 years of my experience and synthesising it to work on exciting and varied projects. I am in the process of starting a creative collective called ‘Lonely Arts’ which is all about providing a space for creatives to come together, bounce ideas, and make stuff happen in the city.
In previous roles, I supported young people to become the next generation of creative producers through multi-disciplinary projects including social action art commissions and youth-led festivals. Working with young people and marginalised groups is something I am extremely passionate about.
Wanna collaborate? Drop me a line.
Thanks!

“Through UNION I’ve learnt to follow my instincts and trust the process…that it will work out. I have learnt a lot about co-production & think it was valuable in later weeks to co-deliver the programme in each city/place.”
