You’re invited to a gathering of artists, activists, and grassroots community folk from across England. Drawing on principles of nature we’ll explore how best to build community together over the weekend. Expect workshops, performances, coaching and wellbeing in beautiful and tranquil surroundings.

We’ve booked the beautiful, eco-friendly Green & Away for the whole weekend (4th to 7th July 2025) so you can stay Friday till Monday hosted by an amazing team of volunteers. You can bring your own tent or campervan or hire a tent. Delicous vegan meals and refreshments will be provided throughout your stay.
UNION is subsidising the cost of the gathering and are asking for a pay-what-you-can contribution from £25-£100 for the weekend to help make it happen. No payment is needed at the time of registering.
You can bring your own tent at no charge and it’s just £10 a night to bring a campervan. You can also book a tent or yurt directly with Green & Away from £16 per person per night. You can book your accommodation directly here.
The Gathering runs from Friday afternoon (4th July) to Sunday evening (6th July) and you are welcome to stay on the Sunday night and leave on Monday morning (7th July). It’s helpful for us to know how you’re planning to get to Green&Away and if we can support your journey.
If you’re up for sharing your car or catching a lift, we can help connect you with others to arrange transport, making the journey easier, cheaper, and more environmentally friendly.
We’ll also arrange pick-ups from Worcester for anyone who needs them.
