Following the success of UNION’s work with the Leeds Neighbourhood hosts in 2023 and the subsequent development of a cohort of hosts to investigate Participatory Research techniques with the University of Leeds,  UNION has been invited to work alongside the Bradford artists and Community Connectors working on the Our Patch programme.

As part of the Bradford 2025 Year of Culture festival:

Our Patch is led by our Community Connectors, inspirational locals who are passionate about the arts, about people and about Bradford. They’ll be joined on their patch by artists, makers, performers and creators, all experts in bringing people together. And for 12 months, they’ll be inviting residents in every corner of the district to experience the twin joys of making art and taking part.

UNION’s role is to support the personal and professional development of the artists and community connectors through regular reflective training sessions starting in the autumn of 2024.
